The infant daughter of Bode Miller had been underwater for several minutes before being pulled out of a neighbor's pool over the weekend.

TMZ obtained the 911 call that was made after the body of 19-month-old Emeline Grier Miller was discovered on Saturday, and report that a woman can be heard telling the person on the phone with the dispatcher that the child was in the water ' a couple of minutes.'

The child had no pulse after being pulled from the pool, and while the woman who was performing CPR claims at one point to feel a faint pulse on the child, emergency workers later said that they had no luck getting a pulse.

One bystander repeatedly also noted that water kept coming out of the girl as CPR was being performed reports TMZ, while the woman on the phone can be heard saying 'c'mon baby girl' multiple times.
