A fitness professional has unveiled her grueling one-minute workout that helps her muscles toned and lean in a quick, 60-second burst. 

Demi Bagby, 17, has attracted a large following on Instagram with her fitness-inspired posts and ability to land acrobatic skills wherever she goes. 

But now the San Diego, California, native has unveiled her favorite one-minute workout that helps increase ones endurance levels as well as improve the body's muscle strength.

'A lot of you ask how I train when I'm not doing flips everywhere, and here is a good example!' Demi wrote on the caption of the fitness video to introduce the workout.  

'Here I did five sets of inclined sprints, squat jumps, and a push-up/ ab combo. I like to work on explosive movements to build my strength/power while keeping it at a higher intensity. 

'This way I work on my endurance and build strength for all the other training I like to do!'

The incredibly short clip kicks off with the fitness guru leaping onto the treadmill at an incline, where she sprints for 10 seconds before hopping off to move onto the the next exercise.

Clearly already worn out by her speedy inclined run, Demi then hops off the treadmill and goes straight into five sky-high squat jumps, bringing her knees right up to her chest before landing down in the crouched position to work her quadriceps and focus on building explosive power in her legs.

The final move in the quick series involves an exercise ball to challenge the core muscles.

Having just finished her squat jumps, Demi rolls herself over a yellow ball, and then holds her body in a plank position while going down into a push up. 

She then brings her knees into her chest, rolling the ball in with her feet, to target the abdominal muscles. 

This exercise is done five times before Demi repeats the sweat-inducing circuit. 

In the accompanying caption, Demi explained she does five sets of the circuit to complete the high-intensity workout and ensure that she stays in tip top shape. 

Although incredibly tough, this challenging workout is actually considered to be very tame compared to some of the more out-there ways Demi stays in shape throughout the week.

Demi - who has a following of more than 860,000 on Instagram - is known for posting extreme workouts that include flips, back handsprings and headstands in areas both inside and outside a gym setting.

Her incredible videos, which showcase both her CrossFit skills, and her gymnastics talents, earned her the title of 'world's toughest teen' online, with her many fans praising her for her quirky workouts and barrier-breaking moves.

Repeat circuit five times

Remarkably, although the teen couldn't be in better shape, there was a time in her life when she though she would never be able to walk again, after breaking her back in 2014, an injury that left her paralyzed for three months.  

'Two years ago I broke my lower back severely injuring myself. I was very close to having serious permanent back problems or even becoming paralyzed,' she wrote on Instagram in 2016. 

'I was told I would never do hard core training again, and that I pretty much wouldn't be able to to the things I do now.'

However, the horrific back injury, which was the result of a freak cheerleading accident, actually led Demi to learn about CrossFit and calisthenic athletics for the very first time. She vowed at the time to devote herself to these athletic pursuits should she make a full recovery.
